Children can begin from age 4. Our Junior program builds coordination, focus and confidence in a fun, safe environment, with separate batches for different age groups.

Yes. Your first trial class is completely free with no commitment — just walk in, train with us and decide if Junoon is the right fit for you.

No experience needed — we welcome complete beginners. For your first class, simply wear comfortable clothing. We'll guide you on the karate gi and protective gear once you join.

Absolutely. We run a dedicated Women's Self-Defense program for all ages, focused on practical techniques and situational awareness in a safe, supportive environment.

Students progress through the belt path — white, yellow, green, blue, brown and black — by attending regular gradings held under certified examiners as your skills develop.
